Social Action Committee To Present Environmental Action Weekend
The Social Action Committee invites you to take a stand against global warming! Join us for an environmental action weekend beginning with dinner and a movie. Come for a soup and chili dinner at 6:30 on Friday, February 9th and then at 7pm we will be showing Al Gore's Inconvenient Truth in the sanctuary, followed by a discussion.
Please RSVP to psumcoffice@earthlink.net by February 5th, if you plan to come to the dinner. Also join us that Sunday, February 11th after church- bring your coffee and bagel to hear how we all can take steps in our own homes to save energy and the environment. A speaker from Con Edison, Michael Adams will discuss alternative energy and energy saving devices.
